Michael C. Daily, President
Michael C. Daily, PBD, President and Professional Residential Designer, has worked in the construction industry for 25 years. He began his home building career while living in Hawaii, first working on jobsites and later buying and remodeling homes to resell. While creating plans for the remodels, his interest in design grew, and he moved to Oregon to study architecture.
During his time in the Northwest, Michael also worked for other design companies such as Mark Stewart Designs and Dessen Homes honing his production drafting, structural analysis, and product code support skills. His most lasting influence came from Alan Mascord Design Associates, Inc., one of the nation’s premier, award-winning home designers. While designing with Alan Mascord, they collaborated on many of the company’s top-selling home plans. They still maintain a professional and personal affiliation.
Michael attributes his love for the Santa Fe style of architecture - his specialty - to his extensive travels. Having spent eight years abroad, he grew to appreciate the Mediterranean and Spanish influence of his boyhood home in Litchfield Park, AZ. In September 2001, he opened offices just blocks from that home.
Michael and his staff design exclusively on the computer using a customized version of Autocad software. The flexibility and accuracy of using the computer allows his custom and stock designs to be changed quickly and with minimal costs.

Lea L. Norris, Executive Operations Manager
Lea manages the day to day operations of Michael C. Daily Design Consultants. She develops and implements product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions. Lea coordinates activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and the distribution of products.
Lea establishes departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with staff members as necessary. Lea is the determining factor in the selection of personel and contractors retained by Michael C. Daily Design Consultants.

Joshua S. Smith, Production Manager
Joshua S. Smith, assists in all aspects of the design process. He meets with clients to find out what they want incorporated into their new home. He makes updates and changes to the house plans and determines structural calculations such as roof loads. He adds basements and adjusts plans by adding notes, callouts and other details.
His experience includes work as a draftsman for The Bentley Company and Enron Energy Services as well as other A/E firms in Northern California. He has also worked as head of CAD coordination in charge of quality control and standards.
Josh designs exclusively on the computer using a customized version of Autocad. The flexibility and accuracy of using the computer allows Michael C. Daily Design Consultants, LLC, custom and stock designs to be changed quickly and with minimal costs.

Jaime R. Gomez, Design Associate
Jaime R. Gomez, holds an Associates degree in Architectural CAD. He is a West Phoenix native and has been interested in home design as a profession. Jaime assists in structural comments, custom residence and stock plans in order to pass inspection to help clients move on in the building process. Interested with Michael C. Daily Design Consultants, because of Santa Fe style home and opportunity to help the team remain a leader in home building design in Arizona.
As part of the team, Jaime will be able to expand and learn all aspects of the design process to handle individual projects for Michael C. Daily.

Fernando Rivera - Design Associate
Recently relocated to the Phoenix Metropolitan area from Southern California, where he was able to accumulate over 9 years of drafting experience in both residential and interior design, with West Wood Design: specializing in custom and tract housing project and Falcon Design Studio: specializing in interior décor, space planning for fast food service restaurants. Fernando assists in all aspects of the design process. Using a customized version of AutoCAD software Fernando, designs exclusively on the computer. The flexibility and accuracy of using the computer allows Michael C. Daily Consultants, LLC, custom and stock plans to be changed quickly and with minimal cost.

Libby Darby – Administrative Assistant
Libby manages the front office and is in charge of taking orders for stock plans and plan books. She keeps track of plans coming and going to our engineering office and keeps track of the status of home plans.
